- Your confirmation email arrives with the class, the time, what to bring and where to park. Turn up 10 minutes early and train.
I had never done kickboxing before and was worried that I might fall behind if I just joined a class. But my concerns were completely unfounded. Suasday is very attentive to his students and provides corrections and support with each move. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, and everyone is very helpful.
